Opened on 27 November 2008 and officially opened on the 25th September 2009 by the First Minister Mr Alex Salmond MSP official opening

• Podiatry Clinic (Mon/Tues/Weds/Thurs)
• Dr Nicol Surgery (main practice Mintlaw - Tues & Weds mornings)
• Physiotherapy clinic (Mon afternoons & Thursday mornings)
• Community Nurses (Central Buchan practice)
• Health Visitors (Central Buchan practice)
• Occupational Therapy ( NHS & Aberdeenshire Council)
• Care Management Teams ( Aberdeenshire Council)
• Mental Health Practicioners (Aberdeenshire Council & NHS)
